We are buying a highchair for our 2 month old son since he will be starting cereal in about a month... he is drinking 8 ounces every 3-4 hours and still hungry so the pediatrician said because hes doubled birth weight soon we can start cereal.... Well at 1st I wanted to get the Graco Saratoga highchair because of the recline and height adjustment and the color was great.. but then i decided to do some more research and found the fisher price healthy sumthin highchair with the dishwasher tray and the cup holder on the side... well i hated the seat pad.. we live in Florida and it gets really hot here so i was afraid he would get stuck to it from sweating also i was afraid after so much heat the seat would begin to crack. well i went again to look at highchairs and took my son with me.. I found this one and fell in love. I put him in it and he just started looking around.. he loved it.. i was easy to recline even with him in it and it was easy to position the height (but i am afraid to do so with him in it) and easy to fold.. i absolutely fell in love with it. the only problem is they were out of them. they told me it was one of their most popular highchairs and they were getting a shipment in the next day (today) so i went ahead n paid for it to be sure i get one.. i cant wait to go get it!

This highchair is the best!!! We like it because our 3 month old, although she is not eating solid food yet, loves to sit in it at our level at the dinner table instead of on the floor in her bouncy seat. It reclines so she can be comfortable since she is not able to sit up on her own yet. We also picked this high chair because of the removable dishwasher safe tray and the wheels. I wheel her around the kitchen as I work and she is at my level so she can watch me. The cover makes the seat very comfortable and soft for her to sit in and it is easily removed and washed.

I bought this chair to replace the Swing N Meals that we had originally purchased. My plan was to originally buy the Baby Trend but after looking at it several times I decided on this one due to the tray insert and the cheaper price. It seemed just as good. While it is not a bad chair I have had some of the same problems as some others have had. First of all, the chair does seem to always be slightly reclined. This causes my son to lean to one side which does not at all look comfortable. A five point harness probably would have helped this problem somewhat. The seat also seems to be very deep. My son is not at all a little guy (32+ inches), but when he sits in the chair the tray seems to be at his arm pits. I places several folded hand towels under the seat cover. This has cured this somewhat. I am not a big fan of the tray insert. It has never seemed to fit properly. My son can easily pick it up and throw it on the floor making a big mess. I have just taken it and put it in a cabinet. I also agree that it is very difficult to clean. As long as it is wiped down every day it has not been nearly as difficult. It does fold very compactly although you cannot place the tray on the storage hook unless the seat is in the highest position. I have NO storage space in my house so that would be an even bigger help. While none of these problems have been unbearable, I would recommend the Baby Trend if money is not an issue. .... If money is an issue this is a decent stroller at a decent price.
