This carrier is perfect for me and my daughter! When I got the carrier in the mail, I took it out of the box and started worrying when I saw it due to the many clips and belts it had. I even told my husband... "this is going to be difficult." But then I read the instructions and I was even able to put it on by myself and make all the adjustments. Then I put my daughter in it (while standing up) and within 5 minutes she was sleeping. The instructions say to open the front of the carrier completely and put the baby inside, then rehook everything. I found it easier to just unhook one side and slide my baby in and then close it up. I didn't have any trouble doing it by myself. Taking her out was easy too! When I was shopping around I was worried that I wouldn't find a carrier that would fit because I'm not only short at 5'2'' but I'm also overweight at about 230lbs. That wasn't a problem for me with the Easy Comfort Plus! I even had room to spare with the straps. The stomach and back support straps were interesting and I think they will take a little time getting used to, but they are practical and I think they only add to the conveinence of this carrier. I bought this carrier so I could take my daughter to work with me after my maternity leave and I am confident that it will meet our needs perfectly. This carrier is highly recommended by me!

We bought this when our son was 3 months. It was great when he was newborn, we would carry him facing us. Then when he was 6 months we started carrying him so that he could face the world. Our son is alittle guy now at 1 years old, so we are now carrying him on our backs, like a backpack. This carrier has been great for our family.
Rating: - C-Section mom loves this
Regarding the reviews that state the back/stomach strap is uncomfortable and it is difficult putting the carrier on and placing the baby in it on your own...I had a c-section 6 days ago and also have existing upper/lower back problems. I've found that all the bending over and picking up that is necessary to care for my daughter makes carrying her around even for a little while difficult because it causes my back to ache a lot. When I first used the Snugli the relief from my lower back was instantaneous. I can easily walk around the house with my baby cuddled up to me. I'm even typing this review as she sleeps in her Snugli. The only time I felt any discomfort on my still-tender tummy was when I sat down slouched in a chair. The remedy was to sit up straight. It is possible that it would have been more uncomfortable a couple days ago, but now it's perfectly comfortable. As for difficulty getting the pack on it seems if you follow the instructions step by step there shouldn't be a problem. My husband helped me adjust the strap positions the very first time, but after that I can put the carrier on and get her in and out of it without help from anyone very easily. It's also very easy to tighten/slacken the straps while she's in it so I can keep the comfort level even. The only thing that bothered me is that when my daughter is asleep facing me, it seemes that the bib that is attached hinders her breathing (although it is very lightweight and probably wasn't causing a problem). I simply unsnapped the bib and put it in the pocket on the front of the carrier. She's quite comfortable in this. I hope that she continues to enjoy it and that the Snugli continues to provide an excellent way to carry Sami as she grows older.
