Average Rating: Rating: - average product, average price pros- middle of the road cost, easy set up and take down in my opinion despite other reviews, overall great bassinette, but would prefer it to have a heavier handling capacity (15 lb. maximum weight is too low), good play pen area, fair to good canopy, easy to pack (we travel very frequently!!), changing station easy to use. cons- still a little heavy for mom to carry (although much lighter than its predecessors), too low to use for frequent diaper changes (I am 4' 10"!- you can not get much shorter and my back hurts when this is used as a primary diaper changing station, travel case zipper broke with second use, replacement travel case (which I had to pay $12 for also broke). Lacking storage for diapers and other neccesities. If you can sew- make a hanging storage unit with fabric or buy an inexpensive fabric or plastic hanging shoe storage thing at the dollar store. I cut the bottom pockets off the shoe storage unit and made fabric ties to hook to the pack n play to hold diapers, wipes, lotions, medicine, etc. This was priceless for travel, and easy to roll up and pack- only paid one dollar for it. Overall a fairly good product for frequent travellers. I would not recommend it for primary home use. Graco instructions are notoriuosly bad, so just keep plugging along for those who are having trouble with working the unit- it is really fairly easy once you get the swing of it. Graco service is not as good as other companies. I tend to shy away from Graco products just because their service is often under par.They will not accept your call unless you have the product model and serial number, often times will not replace a defective item for free, good chances of getting an indifferent customer service person, and phone lines are quite often "experiencing high call volumes- please try our website or call again". I have not experienced such unsatisfactory customer service from any other manufacturer so far. Graco accessories for their pack n plays are also marketed in a deceiving manner in my opinion. Not all of the accessories that you see in the enclosed product brochure will fit the three way pack n play. Now, I understand that Graco clearly writes "certain models" on their brochure, but good luck figuring out which models have accessories without asking a representative or using the often down website. Please do not buy this just because it matches your other French Bear stuff. You may not need it at all. Check out other products in the store.Overall worth the money you pay for it if a regularly travelling baby is in your life. Rating: - very good, but not perfect One of the best baby-item purchases I made. I use it all the time. It is easy to fold up and down (if you follow the steps)and I much appreciate the sturdiness of this play yard. The basinette was my favorite feature - many a night we rocked our baby back to sleep simply by leaning on the edge and letting it sway back and forth. Canopy is not terribly useful, nor was the changing table. Unfortunate that, assembled, it doesn't fit through doorways, and would probably consider buying a slightly narrower model(if they exist). Also disappointed the cute bear pattern is hidden when using the sheet. Still, I feel confident of my boy's safety in this play yard and would recommend this product. Rating: - An absolute must with a 2-story house This is a great product! This makes it easy to move the baby downstairs during the day and back upstairs to our bedroom at night. Our baby is very small so we use a sleep positioner so that to hold him place in the bassinet. We have found this pretty easy to fold up once you get the hang of it and pretty easy to transport to grandma's house. My husband and I are both tall so once in awhile using the changing table is tough on our backs. We also feel that at least one pack 'n play sheet should be included. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this product.
