Average Rating: Rating: - DRY ON VERY LOW HEAT ONLY!!! I ordered this mattress pad and once it arrived, I washed it to put on the crib. Directions say to wash on warm and dry with low heat, the washing was fine and 1/2 way through the dry cycle, I pulled the pad out and was horrified to see that the plastic backing was stuck to itself in so many places, I just couldn't pull it apart! In addition, the plastic lining was ripped in three places. I called the nearest BRU store and they said that with the receipt, packaging and damaged product, I could receive a refund or exchange it for something else. The pad seems great, just a problem with the lining, so I'm going to look for one that is unlined. Also the plastic smell was a little overwhelming, even once I took it out of the dryer. Great pad, but very high maintenance! Rating: - Plump, great fitting mattress pad Very plump padding that has a great mattress fit. Feels and fits better than other matress pads I've tried. One word of caution, be sure to tumble dry on low. I made the mistake of drying on a warmer setting and the waterproof lining stuck together. Took me the better part of an hour to pry apart. Rating: - Great once I got the right one This is a really nice mattress pad, much thicker than all the others that I looked at but...like the last reviewer said, make sure the one you get has the vinyl backing on it. I purchased this from my local BRU store and got it home, washed and was putting it on the mattress before I realized it didn't have the waterproof lining. I returned it and only found 3 packages out of about 20 on the shelf that had the lining, all the others were just the plain mattress pads.
