Average Rating: Rating: - Great Chair worth more than the price. I bought this glider for my daughter. I own another Shermag glider that was a lot more expensive so I was concerned about the quality but believed the brand should hold true. I paid extra and received the chair on Monday after ordering it on Thursday evening. My husband put it together in minutes - just 4 screws. Chair is comfortable and well sized. I am very impressed with the quality to cost ratio. I would buy this chair again. Rating: - Don't be fooled by other reviews! Initially, I was apprehensive about buying this glider due to several reviews saying it was too small. I am 5'10, and about 160 lbs after delivering my baby and it fits me perfectly. It is very comfortable. My husband is 6'1" and weighs about 200 lbs. He has a slightly larger sitting height, so he can't rest his head while rocking the baby to sleep unless he scoots forward and leans back a little. He says he finds it comfortable enough to sit in for an hour or so while he rocks our baby to sleep. The reviews that say this chair is too small for shorter people than my husband and me all fail to mention their weights and builds. I hope I have helped shed some light on this subject!!! This glider is as comfortable as the $300 models we found at Babies 'R' Us, but costs much less. A great value! Rating: - A Nice Surprise! This is a beautiful chair! I was worried about the cream fabric being too light....but its actually slightly darker in color than it looks like in the picture and its very soft! I am very impressed with Amazon...the chair was ordered on Oct 11 and I received it by Oct. 14. The chair was packaged excellently and setting it up took only minutes. Its a wonderfully made chair and the price is unbeatable...I've been looking online and at retail stores for a Shermag and this was the best price! Now the reason I only give it a 4 instead of 5 is that the chair is designed more towards the petite person. I am 5"3 and so this chair is perfect for my frame. My husband is 5"11 and this chair is too small for his frame. Since I bought the chair for nursing, I am the only one sitting in it and it is very comfortable.
